Began by thoroughly researching the goals and theme of the Fall 2023 CCAC Portfolio Showcase. Understood the target audience, their interests, and preferences.
Familiarized myself with CCAC's branding guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesion across all materials.

2. Conceptualization and Ideation:
Brainstormed ideas for the graphic campaign, keeping in mind the theme of the showcase and the message CCAC wanted to convey.
Explored various design concepts that reflected the creativity and talent of the showcased portfolios while also capturing the attention of the audience.

3. Graphic Design Creation:
Utilized graphic design software and tools to create visually appealing and engaging graphics for the event.
Designed a flyer that provided essential information about the showcase, including date, time, location, and featured portfolios. Ensured the design was eye-catching and encouraged attendance.
Created a landscape poster that could be displayed in prominent areas to attract attention and generate interest in the showcase.
Developed bookmarks that attendees could take home as souvenirs, featuring striking visuals and key details about the event.
Designed nametags for participants and organizers, incorporating CCAC branding elements and ensuring readability.​​​​​​​

4. Social Media Campaign Creation:
Developed a comprehensive social media campaign to promote the Fall 2023 CCAC Portfolio Showcase across various platforms.
Created visually appealing graphics optimized for each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Developed engaging content and captions that encouraged participation and generated excitement about the event.
Utilized hashtags, mentions, and tagging to increase visibility and reach a broader audience.

5. Integration of Linktree:
Implemented Linktree to streamline the process for students involved in the showcase, allowing them to highlight their portfolios and provide easy access to their websites or online profiles.
Ensured that Linktree was integrated seamlessly into the promotional materials, such as social media posts, flyers, and posters.
Provided clear instructions and guidance on how students could set up their Linktree profiles and maximize their exposure during and after the showcase.

6. Testing and Feedback:
Reviewed all graphic materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness in conveying the intended message.
Sought feedback from stakeholders, including CCAC faculty, staff, and students, to identify any areas for improvement or refinement.
Made necessary adjustments based on feedback to enhance the overall quality and impact of the graphic campaign.

7. Deployment and Promotion:
Distributed the graphic materials across various channels, including physical and digital platforms, to reach the target audience effectively.
Launched the social media campaign according to a predetermined schedule, utilizing a mix of organic posts, paid advertisements, and influencer collaborations to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitored the performance of the campaign regularly, tracking metrics such as attendance numbers, social media engagement, website traffic, etc., and made adjustments as needed to optimize results.
By following this methodology, I created all the graphics for the Fall 2023 CCAC Portfolio Showcase, ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning campaign that effectively promoted the event and showcased the talents of CCAC students. Additionally, by implementing Linktree, I streamlined CCAC's process, allowing students to highlight their portfolios and access their websites efficiently, both for the current showcase and future events.
